Annette was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right pizza oven and getting it shipped interstate to my home considering the size. Since I was not local I was a little apprehensive given I could not actually see the oven before buying but all of the information provided was very helpful. We are more than happy with the oven so far! After a couple of days of curing we fired it up for a pizza party. Cooked some mussels, pizza then bread and it all went spectacularly well. I will have to get organised to do breakfast the next morning because it would have been warm enough to do breakky for sure, very impressed with the heat retention.
