Orders & Shipping Information
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email via-email. This means that we have received your order in and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you and confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorized and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two to five business days from the date of your order. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Feel free to follow up with us at anytime email@example.com
Please inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) does arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of delivery.
Cancellation & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order is shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be provided if the product has been unused. Any signs of damage or use will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. A refund will not be given for change of mind, finding cheaper somewhere else, deciding to not like the purchase or have no use for it.
Can you deliver to any state in Australia?
We can arrange delivery to a Metro Depot near you, via a freight company and have the box fork lifted onto your ute or trailer. This is an additional cost and the cost is dependent on the state it is being delivered to. For fixed price shipping just select the pizza oven model and then select the [Shipping to Metro Depot] location you require.
Can you deliver in my area?
We can deliver Australia-wide and for regional areas or areas outside of the listed Metro Depot cities please send an email to email@example.com or phone 0412 934 725 for a delivery quote to your location.
How do I load the oven into my vehicle when I come to pick it up from the Metro Depot?
The oven will be loaded onto you ute or trailer with a forklift, you will need to make arrangements for the unloading at the other end and to lift it into place. Alternatively, if you do not want to pick up the oven from the Metro Depot with a ute or trailer you can organise (or request our assistance) and pay for a tail gate (tail lift) truck in your local aread to pick up the oven from Metro Depot and deliver to you home address and pallet trolley the box into place.
